Suave runs as a full 14-day trial from first use, so you can make sure it’s right for you and your system before you buy.
Refunds are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Any refund request is handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy, not by us.
How to ask
Look up your order at paddle.net with the email address you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase. Paddle reviews each request case by case, and asking does not guarantee a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
After a refund
If Paddle grants a refund, the money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, and the serial key from that purchase is deactivated. It stops working on your computer the next time it’s online.
