Who we are

This website and the Suave plugin are run by TMF (The Music Factory). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you buy a plugin, we receive your name, email address, country and order details from Paddle.com, our payment partner. We never see or store your card or PayPal details; Paddle handles payment securely as Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy.

When you open Suave’s license window (by clicking the Suave logo), it asks our server for the number of the newest version, to show whether an update is available. This request contains no license key and nothing about you or your computer, only which version of Suave you have and whether it’s the Mac or Windows version.

When you activate Suave, it sends your serial key and an anonymous code for your computer (a hash, not your hardware ID) to our license server. About once a day, while you’re online, it checks that the key is still active on that computer. Nothing else is sent.

How we use it

We use your details to deliver your serial key and download, verify your license, provide support and tell you about important updates to software you own. We don't sell your data, and we only send marketing email if you've agreed to it.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark mode choice is saved in your browser only.

How long we keep it

We keep order and license records for as long as your license is active and as required for tax and accounting.
